磁性四氧化三铁/多孔硅纳米复合物的制备
摘 要
多孔硅是种新型的纳米半导体光电材料,在室温下具有良好的电致发光、光致发光等特性,本文讨论了多孔硅的发展历史,前景,特性及制备方法等方面。本实验的多孔硅的制备采用阳极腐蚀法,用氢氟酸和过氧化氢的混合液,在电解条件下,对单晶硅片进行腐蚀,从而在硅基体表面得到一层多孔膜。磁性纳米四氧化三铁是一种有特殊功能的纳米材料,具有超顺磁性、量子隧道效应、小尺寸效应等特性。本文还介绍了磁性四氧化三铁的制备方法及其研究进展,对磁性四氧化三铁的当前状况和发展前景进行了展望。制作磁性纳米四氧化三铁的方法一般有共沉淀法、微乳液法、溶胶-凝胶法、水热与溶剂热法、热分解法等等。

Nanometer Magnetite/Porous silicon nanocomposites
ABSTRACT
Porous silicon is a new kind of nanometer semiconductor optoelectronic material with good electroluminescence and photoluminescence properties at room temperature. The development history, prospect, characteristics and preparation methods of porous silicon are discussed in this paper.In this experiment, porous silicon was prepared by anodic etching, and a monocrystalline silicon wafer was etched under the electrolytic condition using a mixture of hydrofluoric acid and hydrogen peroxide to obtain a porous film on the surface of the silicon substrate.Magnetic nano-Fe3O4 is a kind of nanomaterials with special functions, such as superparamagnetism, quantum tunneling effect and small size effect. In this paper, the preparation method and research progress of magnetic iron tetroxide are also introduced, and the current status and development prospect of magnetic iron tetroxide are prospected.
Preparation of magnetic nano-iron oxide four methods are generally coprecipitation, microemulsion, sol-gel method, hydrothermal and solvent thermal, thermal decomposition method and so on.
