淀粉塑料的研究发展现状综述

摘 要

高分子材料的出现改变了人们的生活,推动了人类社会进步。但随着塑料使用量的不断扩大,塑料带来的“白色污染”问题已经相当严峻。于是开发新型可降解塑料成为了塑料发展之路上的一大课题。淀粉塑料是一种具有发展潜力的可降解塑料,但是其强度不足及耐水性差的问题严重限制了它的应用。

综述了近年来淀粉经改性后用于热塑性淀粉塑料领域的研究进展。根据淀粉的改性方法不同,主要综述了淀粉氧化改性、酯化改性、醚化改性、交联改性以及聚氨酯改性后对所制备的热塑性淀粉塑料性能的影响。

Research and development status quo of starch plastics

ABSTRACT

The appearance of polymer materials changed peoples lives, and promoted the progress of human society. However, with the expansion of demand, the 'white pollution' caused by plastic has been very serious. So the development of new biodegradable plastics has become a major issue on plastic development. Starch plastics is a promising biodegradable plastic, but the lack of strength and poor water resistance seriously limits its application.

This paper will introduce the progress of modified starch in the thermoplastic starch plastics to the different modification methods of starch modification by oxidation, esterification, etherification, cross-linking and polyurethane on the properties of thermoplastic starch plastic is review.
