调湿控温环保涂料的制备与性能研究

[摘要]调湿控温涂料是近年来渐渐受到人们重视的一种新型节能环保材料,它拥有涂料和调湿控温材料的双重特点,既能够减少热量损失又能够对湿度进行调节的一种呈稠状膏体的涂料。将其涂抹在需要控温的设备管道或者建筑物表面,在干燥后可以形成一定程度有弹性的控温层,控温效果可观,且费用较一般涂料便宜。凹凸棒土具有独特的晶体结构和化学组成,且土质柔软,密度小,隔热,耐高温,吸附能力较强,化学稳定性好,成浆性能好的特性以及优秀的调湿性能,本文拟将凹凸棒土吸附相变材料制成的复合相变材料作为涂料的骨料,加之其他填料等制成涂料,并通过多组样品的检测来确定最佳性能的配比,最后得到所制的涂料在控温与调湿方面的具体能力。本文将关于调湿控温涂料的相关研究与讨论进行整理,汲取前人的经验教训,并加以变通,完成自己的探索与总结。

[Abstract] The coating which can adjust the humidity and control the temperature is gradually in recent years by a new type of energy-saving materials in peoplersquo;s attention. It combines the both performance, not only can reduce the loss of heat and adjust the humidity was thick like paste. When applied in the required temperature control devices pipelines or building surfaces, Temperature control layer may be formed after drying has a certain degree of elasticity, itrsquo;s temperature effect is substantial, and cheaper than the average cost of paint. Attapulgite clay has a unique crystal structure and chemical composition, the soil is soft, low density, insulation, high temperature resistance, high adsorption ability, good chemical stability, good pulp properties and humidity control ability. This article make the attapulgite clay absorb phase change materials as a coating aggregate, combined with other fillers formed the paint. By detecting a plurality of sets of samples to determine the optimal ratio of performance. Finally, to give the system the ability to paint a specific temperature and humidity control aspects. This article will discuss about the coating and summarize it, gain experience ,to complete my exploration.
