Au/Fe3O4纳米复合物制备
摘 要
本文通过Au/Fe3O4纳米复合物制备这一课题,介绍了纳米金的合成方法以及性质。纳米金的光热效应以及光热疗法:在光照的作用下,纳米金颗粒表现出独特的表面等离子体共振特性,从而导致极大的局域场增强效应。由于这类特殊的物理性质,因此纳米金颗粒被广泛应用于荧光标记、表面增强拉曼散射、生物传感以及光热治疗等各项领域。并且简述了纳米金在不同工作范围内的应用。尤其对于生物医学方面进行了简明扼要的概述。其中包括对于癌症的检测,药物载体,生物传感的其次对于磁性四氧化三铁的制备方法以及特性进行了介绍。对于其化学和物理方法的制备进行了说明。简述了生物医学,微波材料和催化剂载体方面的应用。最后概述了纳米材料的制备,应用以及发展。

Preparation of Au/Fe3O4 Nanocomposites
ABSTRACT
In this paper, the Au/Fe3O4 nanocomposites prepared for this topic, this paper introduced the method of synthesis of gold nanoparticles and the properties of gold nanoparticles. The photothermal effect and photothermal therapy: in the role of light, gold nanoparticles exhibit unique surface plasmon resonance properties, which leads to great local field enhancement effect. Because of this kind of special the physical properties of gold nanoparticles, it is widely used in fluorescence, surface enhanced Raman scattering, biological sensing, photothermal therapy and other fields. And describes the application of gold nanoparticles in different working range. Especially for biomedical aspects including concise and to the point outline. For cancer detection, drug delivery, biosensor for preparation method of magnetic Fe3O4 and characteristics are introduced. The chemical and physical methods of preparation are described. The application of Microwave Biomedical Materials and catalyst carrier. Finally summarizes the preparation of nano materials, application and development.
