【摘要】长焦距光学元件及光学系统在高功率激光聚变,光学遥感技术和天文望远镜等方面具有广泛的应用,也是当今光学测量的热点之一。随着相关技术的发展,对长焦距精度的测量要求也越来越高。
本课题正是在这个背景下提出的,在以往对长焦距的测量中,多是采用双光栅干涉仪,在光栅的Talbot距处产生莫尔条纹,根据对莫尔条纹的评估计算来测量长焦距。本文旨在对国内外相关介绍焦距和长焦距的各种测量方法的文献进行综述。

【Abstract】Long focal length optical elements and optical systems are widely used in high power laser fusion, optical remote sensing technology and astronomical telescopes. They are also one of the hotspots of optical measurement. With the development of related technology, the requirement of long focal length accuracy measurement is becoming higher and higher.
This topic is put forward under this background. In the past, the double grating interferometer is used to measure the long focal length, which generates moire fringes at the Talbot distance of the grating. The moire fringes are measured according to the evaluation and calculation of the moire fringes. The paper is aiming at summarizing the literature on various measuring methods of focal length and long focal length at home and abroad.

1 引言
焦距是一个光学系统的基本特性。长焦距光学元件及光学系统己广泛应用在很多科学技术中。目前来说,对于长焦距测量的方法也有很多,如共轭法,放大率法,对称双圆孔傅里叶干涉法等。而随着相关技术的成熟发展,对于长焦距测量中精度的要求也越来越高。国内外也对这方面进行了充分的研究。本文献综述一方面旨在介绍相关的基本测量方法以及国内外对于高精度测量所提出的改进方法。以及对毕业设计中的单光栅测量方法做简单的阐述和展望。
