中药黄芩中黄芩素共晶的物理药剂学相关性质摘 要：黄芩素是黄芩的有效成分之一，具有抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒等广泛的药理作用。
药物共晶是指药物活性成分与共晶形成物在氢键或其他非共价键的作用下以一定化学计量比结合而成的一种新的固体形态，可以改善黄芩素的理化性质和生物利用度。
本文对黄芩素相关研究和中药难溶性有效成分的共晶进行了综述，为药物共晶在中药难溶性有效成分的应用提供借鉴与参考，为黄芩素进一步拓展新剂型奠定良好基础。

Co-crystal is a crystalline structure composed of at least two components, where the components may be active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and co-formers in stoichiometric amounts. This review has been organized around the research on baicalein and pharmaceutical co-crystals in insoluble active ingredients of CMM，which provide a good reference for the application of pharmaceutical co-crystals in insoluble active ingredients of CMM. 味苦、性寒，归肺、心、肝、大肠经等，具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血安胎等功效[1]。
现代研究表明黄芩中含有黄酮类、酚苷、醇苷、挥发油、微量元素、氨基酸等成分，其中黄芩素、黄芩苷、汉黄芩素、汉黄芩苷等黄酮类成分是其主要药效成分，具有抗炎、抗菌、抗氧化、抗过敏、抗肿瘤、心血管保护、镇痛、保肝等多种活性，开发利用前景广阔。
1.黄芩素相关研究黄芩素是黄芩的有效成分之一，黄芩素( baicalein，BE) 其化学名为5，6，7-三羟基黄酮。
在消炎、抗菌、抗病毒等方面具有广泛的作用。
