防火开沟犁的结构设计文献综述

摘要:当发生森林火灾时,为防止火灾扩大蔓延和方便灭火救援,在森林之间、森林与村庄、学校、工厂等之间设置防火隔离带,这时就需要有专门的机具来进行耕翻作业。本课题是基于多功能森林消防车不仅能提供各种高效的灭火功能,而且可以开辟森林防火带的设计思想,研究开发与多功能消防车配套的、能够在火情紧急时快速开辟森林防火线的森林防火开沟器。

通过查阅国内外研究,设计出两款开沟器样机,分别为缺口圆盘耙开沟器和铧式犁开沟器,其中刀片部分初步是借鉴农业设计经验。对两款开沟器刀片进行静力学分析和开沟试验后,得到两款刀片满足一定强度与刚度,满足作业要求,随后对两款开沟器进行开沟试验比较,最终选择铧式犁开沟器作为森林消防用开设防火线的开沟器。

Design and performance analysis of forest fire prevention opener Abstract

By looking at the domestic and foreign research, designed two new opener prototype, respectively harrow opener and furrow plough opener, the blade part is preliminary design experience reference for agriculture. Get two blades satisfy a certain intensity and stiffness,meet the requirements after two opener knives static analysis and test, then two opener for trenching test comparison, finally choose huasheng plough opener as a forest fire line opener.

当前,我国林业正处在转型升级的新阶段和加快发展的战略机遇期,林业的战略地位显著提升,发展空间极大拓展,发展条件全面优化,国际共识空前深化,建设任务异常艰巨。特别是在科学发展成为我国经济社会发展的主题、建设生态文明成为中国特色社会主义现代化建设重要布局、建设生态良好国家成为全面建设小康社会重要目标的新形势下,林业为科学发展提供生态保障、为建设生态文明完成首要任务、为建设生态良好国家发挥主体作用的责任十分重大而紧迫。
