摘要:在LQ-18型锯链切削性能试验台的基础上,结合设计要求,对增速机构进行设计。介绍试验台的研究意义及作用:研究增速机构设计是为了更好的评定油锯,电链锯锯链的切削性能。而评定木材切削刀具的切削性能及切削表面的加工质量时,均需测定木材切削时的三向切削力:主切削力、进给力及侧向力。分别就国内外对木材切削力的测定的研究成果,归纳出不同型号设备的特点:国内一直在进行木材切削力的测定实验从用电阻应变片,应力环进行测力,接着利用薄壁筒形应变传感器来同时测量两向力等等到最后终于研究出利用八角环传感器进行测力。国外关于增速机构的技术及机构方面,对于测力仪的研究进展快得多。已经处于实用阶段。所以说国外的增速机构设计技术相对先进些。在国际市场上已经有专门的厂商提供多种型号的切削和磨削测力仪。

Review on Design of Speed Increasing Mechanism of Multifunctional Test Bench for Wood Cutting
Abstract:In the chain of LQ - 18 saw cutting performance test rig, on the basis of combining with the design requirements, design was carried out on the growth mechanism. Research significance and the function of test bench: to study the growth mechanism is designed in order to better assess chain saw, electric chain saw chain saws cutting performance. Evaluation of wood cutting tool and cutting performance and cutting surface processing quality,must be determined when cutting wood of three to the cutting force: the main cutting force and feed force and lateral force. Respectively for wood at home and the research achievements of the determination of cutting force, summing up the characteristics of different type equipment: at the start of the domestic wood cutting force measurement experiment from resistance strain gauge,load stress ring, then the thin-walled cylindrical strain sensor is used to measure both force and so on to finally developed using octagonal ring sensor for measuring force.On the technical and institutional aspects of growth institutions abroad, for the research progress of dynamometer is much faster. Has been in the practical stage. So the growth mechanism of foreign technology is relatively advanced. In the international market has been designed door manufacturers provide a variety of models of cutting and grinding dynamometer.

1课题研究目的和意义
设计一种木材刀具切削试验台增速机构来更好的评定油锯,电链锯锯链的切削性能,即检测锯链的锋利性,进锯的轻便性,锯链运转的平稳性及锯切效率的高低。目前,能较全面科学地评定锯链切削木材时切削性能锯试验台,市场上仅浙江一家企业拥有,是由我校机电院教师自主设计完成的。该锯链切削性能试验台可测定锯链锯齿上切削力的三个方向分力,即主切削力、进给力和侧向力;进给机构的进给速度;驱动链轮轴的轴功率;锯链的锯切效率。评定油锯、电链锯锯链的切削性能,即检测锯链的锋利性、进锯的轻便性、锯链运转的平稳性及锯切效率的高低等性能指标,均离不开测定锯链切削木材时的三向力值,即沿锯链主运动方向的主切削力、进给方向的进给力和垂直于锯口平面的侧向力。根据目前国内外现有的生产锯链品种规格多,适用于不同的油锯、电链锯,且工作时的锯链切削速度高低差异很大,切削功耗相差很大。为能评定锯链切削木材时的切削性能,所设计的试验台,需能模拟锯链的工作状态,反映锯链实际的切削速度和切削效率,因此应具有较宽的切削速度调节范围和进给速度调节范围;同时应具有较大的传递扭矩,可保证大节距高效率的锯链性能测定。
