文 献 综 述【摘要】智能建筑是智能技术与现代建筑电气系统有机结合的产物，具有安全、健康、便捷、高效、节能、环保等特征，已经成为当前建筑业的主要发展方向之一。
本文以人才公寓弱电智能化工程为主要研究对象，着重对商办综合体弱电智能化工程设计进行研究和分析。
【关键词】人才公寓；弱电设计；节能【Abstract】Intelligent building is the product of the organic combination of intelligent technology and modern building electrical system. It has the characteristics of safety, health, convenience, high efficiency, energy conservation and environmental protection. It has become one of the main development directions of the current construction industry. Taking the weak current intelligent project of talent apartment as the main research object, this paper focuses on the research and analysis of the weak current intelligent project design of commercial office complex.【Keywords】Talent apartment；weak current design；energy conservation前言当今社会中，智能化已被视为建筑行业的一种发展 潮流，越来越多的公寓应用了智能化建筑。
公寓智能化应以系统的可靠性为基础，突出整体性、可扩展性和实用性，依据标准、以人为本、方便实用性才是设计真谛。
系统一般由火灾自动报警系统、综合布线系统、安全防范系统、建筑设备管理系统、信息引导系统和有线电视系统组成。
一、火灾自动报警系统火灾自动报警系统主要由火源感应器、警报器、预警通知网络、联动装置等设备共同运作。
需要在各个易着火点上安装火灾自动报警系统，利用红外线对周围的烟雾、温度进行监控，不间断地将探测数据反馈给警报设备。
若出现火源，火源感应器能够分析烟雾浓度、温度，如果火源感应器感应到烟雾扩大，会将火源信息反馈给报警器，报警器以声光为信号进行报警。
[1]消防控制室，设置在公寓内首层，并宜布置在靠外墙部位，疏散门应直通室外或安全出口。
