森林土壤酶的研究进展
摘要：土壤酶是土壤组分之一，是土壤中的生物催化剂，能够促进土壤生态环境中的物质循环和能量流动，是不可缺少的因子。研究土壤酶对培肥土壤、土壤污染治理及土地科学利用与管理等具有重要价值。土壤酶的种类很多，现今已测得的有40多种。土壤酶活性，与土壤呼吸强度和土壤微生物活动相关，在一定程度上反映了土壤微生物学过程的强度。因此，土壤酶的活性可以表征土壤总的生物学活性和肥力状况。通过对土壤中酶活性的测定，可以更好的利用土壤，提高林业发展。

The research progress of forest soil enzymes
ABSTRACT
Soil enzyme is one of the soil components and the biological catalyst in soil.It can promote the material circulation and energy flow in the ecological environment of the soil, So it is an indispensable factor.It is of great value to study soil enzyme, soil pollution control and land science utilization and management.There are many types of soil enzymes, and more than 40 are now measured.Soil enzyme activity, which is related to soil respiration intensity and soil microbial activity, reflects the intensity of soil microbiological process to a certain extent. Therefore, the activity of soil enzyme can characterize the total biological activity and fertility status of soil. Through the determination of enzyme activity in soil, it can better utilize soil and improve forestry development.
