城镇污水处理厂几种常用工艺的特点及其对比研究

摘要:通过分析几种城市污水处理厂常用工艺的特点,对比几项工艺各自的优势所在,探究污水处理工艺的降解机理。经过研究对比发现,SBR工艺是较为简单,工艺流程短的工艺;CASS工艺由SBR工艺改进得来,各项处理能力有所提升;A2/O工艺是最简单的脱氮除磷工艺;氧化沟工艺工艺流程短,处理效果好,脱氮率高,是较为理想的城市污水厂备选工艺。

Characteristics and Comparative Study of Several Commonly Used Processes in Urban Sewage Treatment Plants

Summary:By analyzing several characteristics of common processes in urban sewage treatment plants, so we can comparing the advantages of several processes and Exploring the degradation mechanism of wastewater treatment process. After study and comparison, it is found that the SBR process is a relatively simple process with short process flow; The CASS process has been improved by the SBR process and the processing capacity has been improved. A2/O process is the simplest nitrogen and phosphorus removal process; The oxidation ditch process has short process, excellent treatment effect and high denitrification rate, which is an ideal alternative process for urban sewage plants.

1. SBR工艺

1.1 工艺概况及发展

SBR反应工艺的全称是序批式活性污泥法,是一项诞生于二十世纪七十年代的水处理技术,后又经过多次开发改造,形成了一系列的变形工艺,是一项经典的污水处理工艺。兴建于上世纪八十年代的吴淞肉联厂是我国第一座使用SBR工艺的污水处理厂,设计方是上海市政设计研究院,设计处理水量2400t/d[2]
